FAQs
What makes your fudge different?
Our fudge is handmade in Devon using traditional methods. Instead of being soft and chewy like mass-produced fudge, ours is proper crumbly fudge that melts in your mouth – the classic texture that West Country fudge is famous for.
Where is your fudge made?
All of our fudge is handmade in Devon in the South West of England. Each batch is cooked and beaten by hand to create the perfect crumbly texture.
How long does your fudge last?
Our fudge has a shelf life of around 3 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Because of the traditional method we use, it keeps well without needing refrigeration.
How should I store my fudge?
For best results, keep your fudge in a cool, dry place and sealed in its packaging or an airtight container. Avoid heat and direct sunlight.
Can your fudge be frozen?
No, our crumbly fudge cannot be frozen. Freezing can change the texture and affect the quality of the fudge.
Do you offer fudge as gifts?
Yes! Our fudge makes a perfect gift. We offer beautifully packaged boxes that are ideal for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
Do you offer corporate or custom fudge orders?
Yes, we offer custom fudge bags, branded packaging, and corporate gift options, which are perfect for events, client gifts, and businesses.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we offer UK-wide delivery, so you can enjoy our Devon handmade fudge wherever you are.
Is your fudge gluten free?
Most traditional fudge recipes do not contain gluten, but as we make a variety of flavours, we recommend checking the product description or contacting us if you have allergies.
Will the fudge melt in the post?
Our traditional crumbly fudge holds its texture well and is packaged securely for delivery. In very hot weather it may soften slightly, but it will still taste just as delicious.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days. During busy periods such as Christmas or Mother’s Day it may take slightly longer.
