    Ed is the founder and chief fudge maker. Known for his bold ideas and big personality, he’s usually the one behind the latest flavour or the chaos in the kitchen. He's been making fudge for over 20 years so he definitely has the experience and expertise in making fudge gifts for you.

    Maddie

    Maddie is Ed’s partner and the one responsible for everything behind the scenes. From organising orders to keeping the business running smoothly, she’s the reason everything stays organised while the fudge gets made. She also heads up socials like Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook.

    Stan is Ed’s brother-in-law and part of the small team behind the fudge. He works in the kitchen helping make and prepare the fudge, making sure every batch is just right.

    He manages our Dartmouth Fudge shop and heads up our Christmas events such as Exeter Christmas Market and Winchester Christmas Market.
